Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled before shipment only

• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction of this payment option for future purchases
